Bodybuilding and fitness are a major part of my daily routine. I have been weight training for approximately 10 years and have achieved reasonable results for my efforts. Along the way I have learned quite a lot about nutrition, weight training, and cardiovascular fitness.
I train at least 4 times a week and perform a mixture of cardio and weights, (free weights and machines), making sure I have my rest days because as you may well know, overtraining is the fastest way to stop you achieving the lean muscle gains you want.
This site is intended to publish information about bodybuilding, training methods, supplements (what works and what doesn’t), and anything else I find that might be of interest to others. There will also be links to recommended supplements and products.
There will be a few adverts on the site which may upset a few of you but they help pay for things like hosting costs, etc. If you are a keen bodybuilder or fitness enthusiast and have something to say please contact me using the contact form.
